University Anesthesia Programs

Maverick Medical Education offers top-notch anesthesia school training programs that focus on ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and point-of-care ultrasound assessment. These programs are designed to help nurse anesthesia programs meet the Council on Accreditation’s requirements for USGRA and POCUS training without additional faculty.

The Regional Anesthesia Essential Techniques course covers a wide range of topics, including ultrasound physics, anatomy, image interpretation, and needle guidance techniques. POCUS focuses on assessment of heart, lungs, and stomach and vascular access using ultrasound.

Schools have two options to offer students: online didactic program along with hands-on experience in performing nerve blocks using Maverick’s patented pulsatile cadavers and point-of-care ultrasound assessments on live models under the guidance of highly experienced instructors or the online didactic program only to insert into their curriculum.

Maverick Medical Education’s anesthesia school training program is ideal for anesthesia programs. The program is delivered in a dynamic and interactive learning environment, enabling participants to learn at their own pace while receiving individualized attention from instructors. Upon completion of the program, students will have gained the necessary skills and confidence to perform ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and point-of-care ultrasound assessments.
