Each Maverick course has 2 parts: online didactic modules and a hands-on lab. Each part has been accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) for a certain number of Class A CE credits. Outlined below is each course by part and total CEs.
Note, only CRNA’s can earn the AANA Class A CE credits. Due to demand and cost of accrediting, Maverick Medical Education courses are only approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and no other accrediting body.
Other medical professionals are welcome to take Maverick courses, but will need to self-report to their respective accrediting body for continuing education credits. Maverick will be happy to provide any documentation needed for self-reporting.
