Maverick gives our students top of the line, hands on, regional instruction in our lab. Students get one-on-one instruction from knowledgeable CRNA’s that is unbelievable! They provide an educational experience that is top notch!

The collaboration with Maverick and Arkansas State University at our 2024 lab was an excellent teaching and learning opportunity. The Maverick workshop experience was so positive that the A-State Nurse Anesthesia Program will be incorporating these workshops annually. The Maverick instructors were very professional, respectful and taught a phenomenal workshop. Maverick helped in every facet of the set up process and we were extremely happy with the outcome of the workshop With the current trend of multimodal anesthesia today, this workshop is a must!

Our university has a longstanding relationship with Maverick and residents continually rate their lab as one of the highlights of the program. There is no comparison for the pulsatile cadaver-based training provided by Maverick. I have no doubt this education contributes to the greater than 3000 regional anesthetics performed by our residents annually. We’re pleased to have recently added the POCUS training to prepare the next generation of anesthesia providers.

Our students and faculty had an amazing experience at the Maverick regional and point-of-care ultrasound workshop. The pulsatile cadavers and live models offered an exceptional opportunity for our learners to apply their didactic/classroom knowledge, and gain valuable hands-on experience before they begin their clinical rotations. The instructors and staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate. It was a great event all around!
