Stace began his career at Howard College in 1995. He was an RN at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas, then Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Stace continued his education at the Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia (MTSA) in Madison, TN, where he earned his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia in 2003, Acute Surgical Pain Management Fellowship in 2019, and Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice in 2021. Mr. Dollar has been a CRNA since 2003. During this time, he has managed all types of anesthetics, set up and run a very successful Acute Pain Service, and created ERAS protocols across various service lines.
He has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Nurse Anesthesia Program at Northern Kentucky University and MTSA, Academic Liaison for the Acute Surgical Pain Management Fellowship, and Director of Fellowship Alumni Relations at MTSA. Mr. Dollar is also a co-founder of Thoroughbred Anesthesia Academy. In addition, Stace is a member of AANA, KyANA, and ASRA.
