Carter graduated from Texas A&M University earning a BS in Visualization with a focus in 3D Modeling and Animation. During his college Carter has worked on several 3D animated shorts, video games, VR experiences, and even published a research paper and project demonstrating how VR could be used to teach medical students’ human anatomy and the impact of nerve damage upon muscle movements.

After college, Carter jumped into the educational field utilizing his skills to develop educational media and content. Initially starting as a voiceover narrator, he worked his way up the ranks to become an Instructional, Media, & Graphic Designer. Eventually, Carter took the skills he’d learned in the educational field and brought them over to Maverick, joining the team as the Assistant Director of Operations. Since then, he’s expanded his experience into web development, marketing, management, and more. He’s excited to help Maverick grow and improve the lives of both medical professionals and their patients.

Carter uses his natural creativity, eye for detail, problem-solving, and technical skills to enhance every project he touches! When he’s not at his desk, Carter can be found watching the latest shows and movies, adventuring with his friends, playing D&D, working on personal projects, or exploring new creative passions.
