Essential Techniques + POCUS Combo
This course is a combination of our former Regional Anesthesia Essential Techniques course and our POCUS with Vascular Access course. Participants will delve into online didactic modules learning the basics of ultrasound, point-of-care ultrasound as an assessment tool, along with the basics of regional anesthesia, and how to perform 8 different nerve blocks. Participants will then attend a 2-day weekend hands-on lab where they will practice all of the skills they have learned. This course is ideal for CRNAs, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health professionals who want to learn the skills necessary to perform ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia and POCUS.
POCUS with Vascular Access
For providers interested in using the ultrasound as an assessment tool in their practice. The POCUS with Vascular Access course covers cardiac, pulmonary, gastric and DVT assessment along with eFAST and vascular access using ultrasound. This course includes online didactic modules and a one-day hands-on scanning lab instructed by experts in this field.
