Rae graduated from the Boston College Nurse Anesthesia Program in 2013. She has worked in a variety of settings and at all acuity levels, from academic medical centers to critical access hospitals. She currently enjoys her CRNA-only work environment, where she practices regional anesthesia and opioid-sparing techniques. In 2025, she completed the Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia’s Acute Surgical Pain Management Fellowship. She serves as the clinical coordinator for students from multiple nurse anesthesia programs rotating through her facility. She is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge of regional anesthesia with students and colleagues, focusing on making it approachable and relatable.
