Sonographer
Lynne Size is a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (Adult and Pediatric) & Registered Vascular Technologist. She is currently with Lantheus Medical as a contract medical liaison. She volunteers at the Oklahoma City Zoo and performs diagnostic echocardiograms on the primates when requested.

Education
All learning was done by attending 1-2 week courses and on-the-job training under the direct supervision of the cardiologist. Beginning in 1979, Size began with M-Mode echocardiography and progressed to 2-dimensional echo in 1982 with the addition of spectral and color flow Doppler. She progressed throughout her career with each additional modality of 3-dimensional echo, stress echo, transesophageal echo, and strain imaging. RDCS in adult echo was attained in 1984, RDCS in pediatric echo in 1998, and RVT in 1996.

Experience
Size is proficient in the performance of adult and pediatric echocardiography, stress echo, transesophageal echo, 3D echo, and strain. She also was a clinical instructor for the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University sonography program while working with students on the job. Size worked with cardiology fellows at the OKC VA Medical Center and the OU Physicians in training for echo. Lastly, Size is a medical liaison for Lantheus Medical in instructing customers on the use of the ultrasound-enhancing agent Definity.
