Sonographer
Katie is a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) with 15+ years of experience in cardiovascular imaging. She holds a bachelor’s degree and currently serves as Lead Echocardiographer at the VA Medical Center, where she is proud to care for America’s Heroes and collaborates closely with cardiology fellows from the University of Oklahoma.
She also serves as the Clinical Coordinator for the Cardiovascular Sonography Program at Oklahoma State University–Oklahoma City, where she supports clinical education, student mentorship, and competency development. Her professional interests include clinical leadership, quality improvement, sonographer education, and advancing best practices in cardiovascular imaging.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
