CRNA, MSN

Started my career as a RN at a Level 1 Trauma Center working in the Surgical Trauma ICU. I graduated from CRNA school in 2014 and started my Anesthesia journey with a strong passion for Ultrasound guided techniques in patient care, especially in cardiovascular surgery. I was able to expand on these skills after going back to a Level 1 trauma center and working at full autonomy as a CRNA. I took this passion and helped develop and establish a regional block program at the hospital which served for a multitude of surgical specialties. I taught and utilized regional techniques including peripheral nerve blocks, fascial plane blocks, field blocks, ultrasound guided central line/aline placements, and POCUS at the hospital. I’ve had the opportunity to teach clinically and guest lecture for CRNA students/programs. I also served as the Chief CRNA at a University Hospital Level 1 Trauma Center prior to pursuing other career opportunities. My continued passion for regional techniques has only grown over my career and has led me to a job that allows me to implement these techniques on almost a daily basis. It is very gratifying to watch others succeed in regional techniques and I take great pride in helping others achieve their own regional and ultrasound goals!
