Eric discovered Maverick while studying anesthesia in 2017. He reached out to Dan Nash and David Gaskin; they awarded him a scholarship to attend a course.
His clinical rotation afforded very little regional expertise, so he made it his priority after graduation. Since becoming a CRNA in 2019, he has worked in a variety of practices throughout the country. He has continued to advance his sonoanatomy knowledge and refine his technical skills. Now he enjoys helping others on their journey and serves as a clinical preceptor to SRNAs. He also volunteers as an instructor during Texas Wesleyan’s nurse anesthesia simulation symposium.
He has enjoyed serving as a Maverick instructor since 2023.
