The Skyepack mobile app is available on iTunes and Google Play – you can find it by searching “Skyepack” in the app store. Once the app is installed on your mobile device, you’ll need to log in using the same username and password that you used to purchase your course.
First, make sure you are using the Skyepack App (available at iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon App Store.) Using Skyepack through a mobile browser (Safari on an iPhone for example) will result in some lost functionality.
If you are using the App, and are still having problems, please check to see if there is an App update available.
